Getting Started with Immortal Hosting

Welcome to Immortal Hosting! Follow this guide to join our community, request your server account, and access your client portal.

Step 1: Join Our Discord Server​

The first step to getting set up is joining our community. This is where you can get support, chat with other users, and request your hosting account.

Step 2: Request an Account​

Once you have joined the Discord server, you need to request an account to get started with your hosting plan.

  1. Navigate to the #support channel.
  2. Follow the instructions pinned in the channel to request a new account.
  3. Our support team or automated bot will assist you in creating your user account.

Step 3: Log in to the Client Portal​

After your account has been created, you can access your dashboard to manage your services.

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal: Portal
  2. Log in using the credentials you set up or received during Step 2.
  3. From here, you can access the Game Panel, the Git Repo, or the PhpMyAdmin panel.
